How we work
From brief to final photos.
Brief
Tell us what you need, the date, the location and any references, on WhatsApp or the form.
Concept & schedule
We send a concept, a shot list when needed, and a quote. A 50% deposit locks the date.
Shoot
Our team comes to your location with the gear your package needs.
Selection & edit
The best frames are selected and edited in the agreed style. Minor revisions included.
Delivery
High-resolution files delivered in 5–10 working days, depending on the category.
General terms
For every photo session.
Booking and schedule
- 50% deposit confirms the booking
- The deposit is non-refundable but can move to a new date
- One free reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice
- Cancelling within 72 hours, or rescheduling again, may incur a fee
- Outdoor sessions hit by weather are rescheduled based on availability
Service area
- Denpasar, Sanur and Badung (Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu)
- Outside the area: transport fee
Revisions
- Minor revisions: colour, crop and light retouching of delivered photos
- Changes to an approved concept, extra revisions and reshoots are charged separately
Usage rights
- Clients may use the photos to market their own brand or property (web, social, print, ads), agreed in writing before production
- Third-party licensing, resale and exclusivity may incur a fee
- Personal sessions (couple, maternity, family): free to use and print for personal purposes
- Raw files are not included
Other
- Location, permits, materials, special props and talent are billed separately unless included in the package
